Ingredients

    2 oz. FRS low cal orange
    4 to 6 oz. Good Belly Juice
    4 to 6 oz. Milk or Plain Yogurt
    1 frozen banana
    6 frozen strawberries or other frozen fruit

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until well mixed. Can add Flax if desired.
