Introduction

Breaky shake or after work out shake. Breaky shake or after work out shake.

Ingredients

    2 tbls Hemp Protein
    2 tbls Peanut Butter (sub Almond Butter)
    1 cup Almond Milk or Soya Milk
    1 Large Egg (if veggan, do not add this in)
    Fruit Coctail, or Pear halves or any fruit
    add in a tiny amount of flavouring as well if you want too. eg. mint, vanilla, almond or maple syrop

Directions

In Magic Bullet,
put fruit in first, smoothy the fruit first
Next uncap, add in the other ingredients
add in the Hemp Powder last, so it does not sink to bottom of cup
blend together.
Drink and enjoy!

Variations, add in some ice to make a smoothy
