    1 medium onion (quartered and steamed)
    2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 cup soy milk
    10.5 oz silken tofu
    1.5 large tomato (quartered)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp dried basil
    1/2 tsp white pepper

Directions

Makes 4 cups (1/2 cup per serving)
