Ingredients

    olive oil
    Mushrooms
    Green bell peppers
    Spinach
    any other vegetable

Directions

Cut vegetables
heat pan with olive oil
stir in mushrooms and bell peppers (and onions now too if you have them)
when almost finished, stir in spinach until it is cooked and wilted.
