Number of Servings: 15
Ingredients

1 cup of flour
1\2 cup of sugar
1\2 cup of corn oil
2 eggs
3 tsp of baking powder
1 tps of vanilla powder
tray brushed with little bit of oil then sprinkled with flour
so it doesn't stick in the try
Directions
mix the dry ingredients in a bowl
in another bowl mix the liquid ingredients
start pouring the liquid mix you got in the dry mix bowl graduatly
start baking it with your hands or what ever you got until a it start to turn into a dough if it is too sticky add flour to it and mix until it is perfect and you can shape it easily not tuf and not too liquid
then devide it into 2 balls ( make one of them smaller then the other)
the 1st ball takes 3\4 the dough the other 1\4 the dough
take the biggest ball and spread it in the tray
spread the jam you got on the top
add extra flour to the other dough ball until it's strong enof to be shreded not too much
get a shredder and shred the dough right over the jam layer
put it in the oven until it's sort of brown in the bottom then turn it off and turn the upper part of the ooven until it's golden in the top
