simple tuna and noodle. This is my original recipe. I like it because it recooks well and it's how I've always made it. Thinking about finding ways to cut some of the fat and cals from the dish, but wanted to also find out how many calories were actually in this recipie simple tuna and noodle. Ingredients

    Great Value Egg noodles (16 oz bag), Two Cans (5 oz) light chunk tuna in water, and campbell's cream of mushroom soup (26 oz).

Directions

Bring water to a boil, reduce heat to medium. Cook noodles for 10 minutes (8 if you plan on recooking later & not eating at the time), drain, add cans of tuna after draining tuna, add cream of mushroom soup, mix, portion out & eat. :)
