Ingredients

    1/2 C buckwheat flour
    1/4 C flaxseed meal
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon (or to taste)
    4 tsp vanilla extract (or to taste)
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 milk (cow, rice, or nut)
    water if need to consistency you like

Directions

Mix all ingredients
Spray skillet with non stick spray
Heat skillet over medium heat
Cook like pancakes
