Ingredients

    2.5 cups whole grain macaroni or shells
    .25 cups cheese powder (bulk)
    .25 cups unflavored protein powder
    1 cup skim milk
    3 cups frozen spinach
    1 cup frozen peas

Directions

Boil pasta according to directions
Mix milk, powdered cheese, and protein powder - bring just to boil and hold temp for 5 minutes to thicken
Cook spinach according to directions
Mix all ingredients, adding peas last

Makes 5 servings: enough for one work-week.
