    2.5 lbs chicken
    .5 cup mayo
    2 stalk s celery chopped
    3 medium pickles chopped
    3 eggs boiled and chopped

Directions

steam or boil chicken then shred. add mayo and chopped ingredients. mix well and chill before serving.
Make approx. 8 half cup servings
