THESE DO NOT USE CRACK - It's a joke! Great recipe - can sub 2 egg whites for whole egg to reduce fat (but only 4.5g/2 pancake serv.) Ingredients

0.5 cups flax, ground
2 cups whole wheat flour
1.5 tbsp baking powder
0.5 tsp cinnamon
3 dash nutmeg
1 tsp salt
2 cups skim milk
0.5 cups water
1 egg
Directions
mix all dry ingredients well then add milk and water slowly stirring in between each add. when well mixed, beat in 1 egg. Preheat pan or griddle and spray with non-stick calorie free spray. Add mix in fun shapes (can use metal cookie cutters for kids! Watch out they get hot!), lift up with spatula to flip and remove cookie cutter, if used, when edges bubble. Makes 16 (approx 5" dia) pancakes. YUMMO!
