Introduction

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    4 lbs. of fresh Broccoli
    2 cups of Mild Cheddar Cheese
    2 pks. of Hormel Real Bacon Bits
    1 Med. Onion

    Dressing:

    2 cups of Light Mayo
    1 cup of Splenda
    1/2 cup of Cidar Vinegar

Directions

Cut broccoli into bite size pieces
Dice onion and add to broccoli
Add Package of shredded cheese
Add Bacon

In a med bowl add Mayo, Splenda and vinegar and mix well
Pour over broccoli mixture and mix well. Refrigerate.

Hint - I make this in two batches and then mix all together...it is easier to mix this way.
