3/4 cup swiss cheese
1/2 cup feta
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 (10oz) package frozen chopped spinach or 2lb fresh spinach cooked and drained
2 cups mushrooms
4 eggs
1 cup milk (I used 2%)
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Make Pie Crust
Toss Cheese with flour
Put cheese, spinach (well drained!), onions and mushrooms in pie pan.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over other ingredients
back at 375 for 50-60ming until done
