Ingredients
-
12 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into wide strips)
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp Garlic Sea Salt (alt. garlic salt, garlic powder)
2 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
4 small scallions, sliced
Directions
Heat olive oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Meanwhile, lay the chicken strips out and sprinkle with half the garlic sea salt, pepper, and parmesan.
Place chicken, seasoning side down, in the skillet, and cook 2-3 minutes, or until slightly browned. Sprinkle top side of chicken with remaining garlic sea salt, pepper, and parmesan. Flip, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked.
Remove chicken from heat, and add scallions to the skillet; cover. Let stand for 3 minutes. If you prefer your scallions more tender, you can add them when the chicken is still on the heat. As written, the scallions will still be firm and slightly crisp.
Makes 4 3-oz servings.
