Very healthy, tastey and easy to make. Very healthy, tastey and easy to make.
Number of Servings: 4


    8 oz Chicken Breasts
    4 med Celery Stalks, thick sliced
    1 med Onion, chopped chunky
    1-16oz Bag Safeway Asian Style Vegetables
    1-32 oz carton Pacific Organic Chicken Broth
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. Cooked Brown Rice
    Goya Adobo All Purpose Seasoning to taste
    Pepper to taste


Saute chicken in pan sprayed with Pam until halfway done.
Add onion and celery, saute till soft.
Add frozen vegetables, broth, water, and rice.
Bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmier 15-20 minutes.
Season with Adobo and pepper to taste.
Makes 4 - 1 1/2 cup servings.
