Ingredients

    12 oz frozen cooked medium sized Shrimp w/tail
    1 large diced cucumber
    1 can diced tomatoes and green chilli's
    garlic
    3 chopped leeks or 1 bunch of chopped green onions
    1/2 cup lime juice
    1 oz lemon juice
    1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    salt to taste
    1 Tbl Mrs. Dash
    Tobasco to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for about 30 minutes, stirring occaisionally. Serve in a bowl for a nice cool summer lunch or dinner. This makes 4 servings of 9 medium size shrimp with tails on (3 oz) and about a cup of chopped raw vegitables per serving. Nice and spicy.
