Ingredients

    Cantelope, 2 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, 2 medium
    Raspberries, 10 raspberries
    Pineapple, fresh, .25 cup, diced
    Ginger, ground, .5 tsp
    Spearmint, dried, .25 tsp
    Apples, fresh, .25 cup, quartered or chopped
    Watermelon, .25 cup, cubed

Directions

Blend all in a blender. If you'd like to increase the volume, I would recommend adding Rice Milk to this.
