Ingredients

    8 Medium Red Potatoes
    8 oz Cream Cheese
    8 tbsp Butter
    1 cup Milk
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Peal & dice up potatoes. Boil. Drain. Add Cream Cheese & Butter. Mix together. Add milk until you get the consistancy you want. Add salt & pepper to taste.
