Ingredients

    # 10 can diced tomatoes
    3 green bell peppers
    1 red bell
    3 sweet banana peppers
    6 jalepenos
    3 med onions
    6 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 cups white vinegar
    2 T salt
    2 T sugar
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp cumin

Directions

chop all items, bring to boil, simmer 1 hour, place in canning jars immed. and place upside down overnite to seal.
