Ingredients

    2 Grapefruits (juice)
    1/2 Nopal (fresh)
    3 streams of italian parsley
    1 steak of celery
    ice and splenda to taste if desire

Directions

Blend all ingredients with the juice of the 2 grapefruits. You may add a spoon of splenda and a few ice cubes.

    I tried this when a cook who is mexican prepared it for me and told me of the benifits of Nopal. It not only tastes great but according to her is benificial in losing weight. There are a lot of health benifits to Nopal besides losing weight too. - 2/10/11
