Ingredients

    1 can black beans, drained
    1/2 California avocado chopped into cubes
    1 onion, finely chopped
    3 Tb cilantro, stems removed and chopped finely
    1 jalpeno peppers, seeds and pith removed, finely chopped
    1 portion of DelMonte Sugar-free mandarin oranges
    Juice of one lime
    2 TB Newman's Own light Lime Vinaigrette

Directions

After chopping all vegetables, mix all ingredients into glass bowl. Chill for at least an hour.

This is better on the second day when all the flavors have melded.
