Ingredients

    1 Can Vegatarian Baked Beans
    2 Cans Dark Red Kidney Beans
    1 Can Great Northern Beans
    1 Can Mixed Vegetables
    1LB Ground Turkey
    1/2 Cup Ketchup
    1 TBSP Mustard
    1/2 Cup unpacked Brown Sugar

Directions

In a skillet, brown ground turkey...

In a casserole dish, add beans, mustard, ketchup, brown sugar, and mixed vegetables. Add turkey, mix well.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes

(you can sneak ina workout while it cooks!)

Goes great with a salad

  • Very good. I did drain all but the baked beans. Use a large casserole dish. The recipe doesn't specify the type of dish so it's hard to gauge the "serving." Very good though. - 8/26/07
