Ingredients

Frozen cut broccolli -- 32 oz bag
Cheesy Ragu Parmesan Alfredo (the Light kind) -- 1 jar
    Canned Mushrooms --- 2 6.5 oz cans
Whole Grain pasta (I like to use shells, but you can use whatever you want) -- 1 13.25 oz box

Directions

Cook pasta as directed adding in cut broccolli so that the brocolli and past are cooked at the same time (you can cook them seperately, but I find it quicker just to dump the broccolli in with the pasta). Drain pasta and broccolli in a collander and then heat alfredo sauce and mushrooms in same pot. Once the pasta and broccolli are sufficiently dry, mix in with mushrooms and sauce until its all well heated. Serving size is about a cup.

I usualy make this on sunday nights and my husband and I enjoy it with a nice garden salad. The leftover get put away into 1 cup plastic containers and we grab them to use for our lunchs throughout the weeks. This is a quick and easy meal and healthy in the proper portions.
