Ingredients

    -Oysters, 6 medium
    -Louis Rich Turkey Bacon (1 slice), 1 serving
    -75% Reduced Fat Cabot Sharp Cheddar Cheese Block, 1 oz
    -Spinach, fresh, 3 leaf (remove)

Directions

-Steam oysters as you would cook them normally.
-place oysters on baking tray.
-fry piece of bacon until crispy and easily crumbles.
-crumble an ounce of the cheese or, if using a thin sandwich style slice, cut into six smaller squares and divide into each oyster.
-chop spinach finely and mix with bacon crumbles. spoon an even portion into each oyster shell.
-bake for 5-7 minutes on 350 until cheese is melted inside oysters.
