Ingredients

    1 can of your choice of stew tomotoes
    1 small can of v8 juice
    1 zucchini
    1 summer squash
    1 small bell pepper (green pepper)
    1 small onion
    1 T basil
    1 T oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 t. garlic

Directions

in a sauce pan put in the stew tomatoes V-8 juice and basil, oregano parsely, then add onions and pepper, let cook a couple mins before adding zucchini and summer squash, let cook till tender. or desired tenderness
