Ingredients

    Black Beans
    Pinto Beans
    Shoepeg Corn
    Red Pepper
    Cherry Tomatoes
    Green Onions
    Cider Vinegar
    Vegetable Oil
    Sugar

Directions

Chop vegetables and add them to beans & corn. In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, oil and sugar. Pour dressing over beans and veg. Refrigerate at least an hour, serve chilled. Guess this adds up to about 16 servings. Great for warm weather get togethers.
