Ingredients

    16 oz. Extra Lean Ground Beef
    1/4 cup Water
    2 TBSP. Dry Onion Soup Mix
    2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce (optional)

Directions

Mix the water and onion soup mix together and pour over the ground beef. Mix well and add the worcestershire sauce (if desired). Heat a skillet or the grill over medium-high heat. Shape the meat into hamburger patties and grill or pan-fry for about 10 minutes on each side. Add desired garnishments and enjoy!

Makes 4 quarter pound burgers or 5-6 smaller ones.
