Yummy Vegetable Soup. No fat and very low calories. Yummy Vegetable Soup. No fat and very low calories.

Ingredients

    1 large can of diced tomatoes
    1 can of veg broth (no fat)
    1 pkg. Lipton soup mix (vegetable)
    1 pkg. Lipton soup mix (onion)
    1 bunch of celery
    1-2 cans of green beans
    1-2 large onions
    1-2 lbs. of carrots
    2 green peppers or mixed bell peppers

Directions


Cut veggies into small to medium pieces. Season w/ pepper curry and parsley, if desired. Cover w/broth or water. Boil fast for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue to cook until veggies are tender.
