Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 tilapia filets
    3 Tbs lemon juice
    3 Tbs freshly chopped basil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

salt and pepper fillets and sprinkle chopped basil over fillets
add lemon juice to fillets
saute garlic in butter and pour over fillets
Bake @ 400 in oven (or until flaky)
