Excellent alone or with a dip of your choice. Excellent alone or with a dip of your choice.

    Nonstick Cooking Spray
    2 whole-wheat pita bread rounds (7 inch wide)
    1.5 Tbsp melted butter
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesean Cheese
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp dried Italian Seasoning


Preheat oven to 425. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Cut each pita in half. Seperete each half into two thin pieces. Brush each side with butter. Stack on top of each other, slice into four wedges (I use a pizza cutter). Arrange on baking sheet. Sprinkle cheese, garlic powder and seasoning evenly on wedges.

Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Cool + serve with choice of dip.

Makes 32 chips.
