A tradition Indian dish for Pork lovers. Tradionally the Indian Culture does not consume pork, but as a pork lover I have used one of my favorite meats in this dish. Ingredients

    *Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw, 1 lb

    Shan Biryani Masala Mix, 6 serving

    *Brown Rice, long grain, 8 cup

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)

    Ginger Root, 6 tsp

    Garlic, 6 tsp

    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 18 oz

    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 5 tbsp

Directions

Prepare dish as instructed on the the Package of Shan Biryani Mix

the only difference is that i used less oil then instructed as well as using Pork versus the other meats listed on the package.

Oh and I omitted the Onions as my husband does not care for them.
