Introduction

Ingredients

    6 Hard Boiled Eggs, 3tbs All Purpose White Flour, 3tbs Butter, 1/4tsp Salt, 1 1/2 cups of Non-Fat Milk & Toast.

Directions

Prep time can be anywhere from 5-20 minutes depending if you have already boiled your eggs.

Once eggs are boiled, cool under running water. Peel & then chop eggs into small pieces.

Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in flour & salt.

Slowly stir in milk a little at a time & cook until the sauce thickens.

Add chopped egg.

Add Salt & Pepper to taste.

Spoon over a slice of toast.

Makes enough for about 6 pieces of toast.
