Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 19.2 oz
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Bush's Chili Beans, 1 cup
    Tomato Sauce, 3 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Zuchini squash, raw, 6 serving
    Garlic Powder, 1 tsp - or to taste
    Onion Powder, 1 tsp - or to taste
    Salt , 1 tsp - or to taste
    Black Pepper, 1 tsp - or to taste
    Chili powder, 1 tsp - or to taste

    Optional:
    Green or Red Bell Pepper Slices

Directions

Brown ground turkey in olive oil, salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder. Drain and return to the pot.

Add red kidney beans, Bush's Chili Beans and tomato sauce. Add water to your thickness preference. Remember the zuchini and mushrooms will create water.

Cut mushrooms and zuchini into slices and add to the pot.

Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and chili powder to taste.

Bring to a boil, cover and simmer until it meets your preferred thickness, about 30 minutes.
