This is a very very caloric recipe my ant used to do it all the time. Sould be insulged with moderation. I have it here so I know how much can I eat each time she make it :). It is yummy thou!! Ingredients

8 eggs
16 tbsp white flour
16 tbsp sugar
250ml sunflower oil
1 baking powder
400g sour red cherries
Directions
1. Beat the white eggs with 1/2 sugar.
2.Beat the egg yolks with the oil and the remaining sugar.
3. Add 1tsp lemon juice to baking powder and mix. Add this mix to the egg whites.
4. Add egg yolks mix to the egg whites, beating slowly with a spalula until omogen.
5. Add the flower in the end.
6. In a oven pan, (39x35cm), cook for 5 minutes in a preheated oven 175C. Then add the cherries, until golden. Insert a clean toothpick, for a sec, in the midle of the cake to check if it is done (should come out clean).
7. When cool, add some incing sugar on top. Cut in 150 pieces (3x3cm). - 26cal a piece
