Ingredients

    1tsp Garlic Powder
    1tsp Onion Powder
    1 tsp Parsley, dried
    1.5 tbsp Honey
    Dash of Pepper (to taste)
    1 Plum Tomato Chopped
    2 Tbsp Red Onion Chopped
1Tbsp Cilantro, Fresh Chopped (to taste)
½ Lime Juice (fresh lime preferred)
    1 Slice Pineapple Chopped
1 Jalapeno (fresh) Chopped (no seeds)
    1.5 Cup Yogurt, nonfat/skim

Directions

Chop tomato, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper & pineapple (think salsa), squeeze the half of lime into the mixtures, then add the seasonings: garlic & onion powder (you may use less -- season to taste), black peper & parsley and last but not least add your yogurt and honey (to taste) if you want it a little sweeter add more honey which will increase the calories of use a little splenda. I find it just right.

As said before i use this for salad dressing or even coleslaw dressing. I keep it on hand it serves 8.
