Love to make 4 servings to use for different meals, like a taco salad, quesadilla filing, soft or hard taco filling, nacho topping... Just add your favourite veggies & go! Ingredients

    - 250g Lean Ground Turkey
    - 1 Green Pepper, chopped
    - 1 Onion, small
    - 3 Cloves Garlic, chopped
    - Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp or to taste
    - Light Canola Cooking Spray

Directions

Quickly spray medium pan with light canola cooking spray.
Sautee ground turkey, breaking into small pieces.
When turkey is partially cooked, add onion, garlic and green pepper. Cook until veggies are soft and turkey is fully cooked through.
That's it! Now use this to top a taco salad or as a filing for a quesadilla. I divide it in 4 in the pan and put away 3 servings to use throughout the week.
