Introduction

Another from my Puerto Rican mother... you can substitute non-meated beans and fake bacon and make this vegetarian friendly. I've done it and it tasted just as delish. Ingredients

    1 big can pork'n'beans
    1-15oz can of BBQ beans
    1-15oz can of kidney or pinto beans
    1-15oz can of white beans
    1-15oz can of butter beans
    1lb of uncooked bacon, cut into little pieces
    .75cup of brown sugar
    1/2cup white vinegar
    1teaspoon mustard
    1teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

Don't drain the beans... Mix everything together and put in a large uncovered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 2.5-3hours until it's all bubbly and crispy around the sides. Let cool for about 5min.
