Ingredients

    *Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    *Fresh Zuchinni and/or Squash, 1 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Flour, white, .0625 cup (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Peal potatos and onions. Thinly slice veggies. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with olive oil spray. Make 2 layers, potatoes, onion,zuchinni, 1 tsp flour, 1/2 tsp butter, pour milk over dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350, uncover and cook 1 hour.

Serves 6, can add cubed ham or shredded chicken for a main dish, but not figured into original reciepe.
