    2 pkg Pillsbury Reduced-Fat Crescent Rolls
    2 C Fresh Chopped Broccoli
    2 C Fresh Chopped Cauliflower
    2 C Fresh Chopped Carrots
    1/2 C Kraft Reduced-Fat Mayo with Olive Oil
    1 8 oz. pkg Neufchatel Cheese (softened)
    1/2 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Mix (dry)
    1/2 C 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese


Press out both rolls of crescent rolls together to form a crust and bake as directed. While crust is cooling, mix together mayo, softened Neufchatel cheese and Hidden Valley Ranch mix. Spread cheese mixture over crust, piling chopped veggies on top. Finally, sprinkle pizza with cheddar cheese and cut into 16 pieces.
