Introduction

Fruit sweetened, with no butter or eggs! Fruit sweetened, with no butter or eggs!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 med banana
    1/2 C chunky peanut btr
    1/2 C applesauce
    1 t vanilla
    1/2 C oats
    1/2 C Red Mill 5 Grain
    1/2 C WW Pastry Flour
    1/4 C nonfat dry milk pwdr
    2 t cinnamon`
    1/4 t soda
    1/3 C dried cranberries
    1/3 C currants

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. lightly coat large cookie sheet eith cooing spray.
In large bowl, combine banana, peanut butter, applesauce and vanilla. In small bowl, combine oats, 5 grain, flourk, milk powder, cinnamon and baking soda. Add oat mixture to banana mixture; stir until combined. Stir in dried cranberries.
Drop dough by heaping tablespoons, slightly flatten with damp fingers. Bake for 15 minutes. Transfer to wire rach to cool.
