Ingredients

    four sweet pototoes baked and skinned
    one small purple onion
    4 cups shredded cabbabe.
    2 cut up apples
    two cups sweet corn
    canolia oil

Directions

bake sweet potatoes and skin
mash
saute cabbage, onion, and apple with oil. can add garlic powder if you like
place cooked cabbage in a cassarole. cover with corn. I used canned, to make it easier..but washed to get salt out.
cover with sweet potatoes and bake for about 20 to 30 min. very tasty
