Ingredients

1 lb lean (93/7) ground beef
1/2 cup mozarella cheese shredded
1/2 cup colby and monterey jack cheese shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup 1% milk fat cottage cheese
12 great value jumbo shells
4 slices provolone cheese
Directions
makes 6 servings
brown lean ground beef
boil shells for 6-7 minutes (do not fully cook)
then mix cheeses together saving some parmesan cheese for topping.( save provolone cheese for later and do not mix in.
mix cheese mixture with browned ground beef
stuff shells with cheese and beef mixture. put small amt of spaghetti sauce on bottom of a 9x9 pan then place stuffed shells in. cover shells with the rest of sauce then top that with provolone cheese. on top of the provolone place the rest of the meat and cheese mixture not used to stuff shells.
use your choice of seasonings to flavor the mixture. i used garlic and italian seasonings.
bake in 375 * oven until heated through.
