Ingredients

    Broccoli, fresh, 4 cups, chopped
    Heinz Salad Cream, 4 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1/4 cup
    White Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    sunflower kernels, 2 tbsp
    Raisins, 1/4 cup
    Bacon, 3 medium slices, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
    Red Onion, 2 tbsp chopped finely

Directions

Fry bacon until very crisp, drain well on paper towel and break into large crumbles.

Cut brocolli into bite-size florets and add chopped onion, raisins and sunflower kernels.

Mix together Salad Cream, sugar and vinegar until well combined and toss gently with brocolli mixture.

Allow to sit several hours or overnight. Sprinkle with bacon crumbles just before serving.

Makes 6 scant 3/4 cup servings
