Introduction

Lovely fruit salad with a light honey dressing. Makes a great breakfast or light dessert. Lovely fruit salad with a light honey dressing. Makes a great breakfast or light dessert.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 pints Strawberries, sliced
    1 pint blueberries
    1 pint raspberries
    5 large bananas, sliced
    4 Tbsp honey
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 Tbsp poppyseeds ( optional )


Directions

Add fruit to a large bowl. Mix honey, lemon juice and poppyseeds in a small bowl. Add to fruit and toss carefully. Serves 6

    Can this be frozen? I know most fruits can be, but put together and then thawed at a later time? I would be the only one eating this. It sounds so yummy! Unfortunately my hubby doesn't eat fruit.... - 9/11/11
