Introduction

Ingredients

    Marinated beef
    2 lbs beef, cut into 1" cubes
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp Lawry's seasoning salt
    1 Tbsp onion, dried minced
    4 Tbsp Kecap Mani

    Peanut Sauce
    .5 C smooth Peanut butter
    2 Tbsp Sesame oil
    1 tsp lemon juice.

Directions

Mix Kecap Manis, garlic, onion and seasoning salt in a container with lid. Add beef and toss to coat. Marinate beef overnight in fridge.

Once marinated, thread on wooden skewers. BBQ 5 min for med, 10 for well done.

To make peanut sauce, mix PB and oil. Add lemon juice to thin.

Makes 20 skewers.
Serve with rice and vegetable skewers.
