Ingredients



    * Ground Turkey, 1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw
    * *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 2 tsp
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Green Bell Pepper - 1 Large, 1 serving
    * *bush's(light red kidnet bean) 3.5 servings per can, 1 serving
    * Bush's, Black Beans, 2.5 cup
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields
    * *Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (canned) 2.5 srv - Rotel, 2.5 serving
    * Tomato - 1 Medium (123g), 1 serving
    * *Dry Ranch Mix, 1 serving
    * Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup

Directions

Brown Up all raw vegis and meat, add taco seasoning when cooked. Put all other ingredients in large crock pot. Plus one can of water or milk. Make sure to rinse both red kidney beans and black beans. Do not drain any other cans. Place veggies and meat in crock pot and mix. Add your favorite seasonings to meet your tastes. I add chili powder, cajon seasoning, cracked pepper, and lemon pepper. Let cook on medium high for 90 mins in a crock pot.

Serves 6 - 2 Cup Servings
Serve with 1/4 cut shredded cheese and 1/4 cup crushed tortilla chips.
