Introduction

This is my fiancee's secret recipe for tofu-tacos, made with Morningstar Farms Grillers Crumbles instead of meat.

The cheese & avocado are optional if you want to cut calories even more!

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 package (12 oz.) Morning Star Farms Grillers Crumbles (or other ground meat substitute)
    1 package taco seasoning
    8 medium corn tortillas
    0.5 cup sharp cheddar cheese
    1 ripe avocado



Directions

Saute grillers crumbles with taco seasoning until heated through and slightly browned.
Spray tortillas with cooking spray and heat ~30 seconds each side in a hot frying pan.
Fill a tortilla with taco seasoned crumbles and top with cheddar, avocado, and any other toppings you like!
Salsa would be good on these too (I just don't like salsa).

Makes 8 individual tacos; usually 2 is a meal.
