    5 small (ordinary) oraganic potatoes
    1 tbsp of olive oil
    1 tbsp cumin
    1 tbsp onion powder
    1 tbsp garlic powder (or grated clove)
    Dash of red chilli pepper

    Salt and black pepper to taste.


Slice em real thin like real fries, then put the remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix the potato slices up in them, slap onto a baking pan and cook for 30 minutes! wala :).

  • I used a pound of potatoes and cooked them at 350. I thought they were really good, but my husband didn't care for the cumin. - 5/15/13
