Ingredients

    5 small (ordinary) oraganic potatoes
    1 tbsp of olive oil
    1 tbsp cumin
    1 tbsp onion powder
    1 tbsp garlic powder (or grated clove)
    Dash of red chilli pepper

    Salt and black pepper to taste.

Directions

Slice em real thin like real fries, then put the remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix the potato slices up in them, slap onto a baking pan and cook for 30 minutes! wala :).

    Very Good
    I used a pound of potatoes and cooked them at 350. I thought they were really good, but my husband didn't care for the cumin. - 5/15/13
