Ingredients

    1 15 oz can of black beans, rinsed and drained
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    3 tbs chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tsp lime juice
    1 1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

Combine black beans, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt and cayenne pepper in a medium bowl and mix well.

Chill, covered, until serving time.

    I made this salsa for my birthday superbowl party everyone loved it. I first made a batch of it for my husband to see if it was good and he is super picky...he told me to make it for the party. I made a huge batch of it and it was gone at the end of the night. Yummy!! - 2/11/11
