Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Beef (93%)
    1 bag of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1 16 oz can of Pinto Beans Reduced Sodium
    1 16 oz can of Fat Free Refried Beans
    1 16 oz can of diced tomatoes (optional)

Directions

Ground beef. Add half bag of cheese, pinto beans, refried beans, and diced tomatoes to skillet. Wait until cheese melts. Pre-heat oven to broil. Add skillet mixture to casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Pop dish in oven and wait 2-5 minutes until cheese is brown. Serve. Makes 8-10 large servings.
