Introduction
I get tired of cooking oatmeal every morning, so I created this bake to make breakfast for four days. The ingredients are easy to change for different flavors and seasons. Ingredients

2 cups Old-Fashioned oatmeal
1 tbsp. cinnanmon (to taste)
4 egg whites
6 tbsp. peanut butter
2 bananas
2 boxes raisins
splash water, if mixture is too dense
Directions
Recipe makes 4 servings. Easy to freeze. I serve warmed up with a tablespoon of sugar-free maple syrup. Yummy!!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine oatmeal and cinnamon and toss to mix.
Add egg whites, peanut butter, bananas and raisins and stir to combine. If mixture is too dense, add a splash of water.
Spoon mixture into 9x9 baking dish, sprayed with non-stick spray and bake for 45 minutes or until firm.
Serve warm alone or with a tablespoon of sugar-free maple syrup.
